Email contact@lucententerprises.com with your app version and what you saw on screen. You do not need an account to write to us.

Make a design

Choose a tool in Studio. Take a photo, choose one from your photo library, or try an example. Select the options for your tool and tap Create. The first time, Repose asks before it sends your photo and instructions to OpenAI.

Find, compare and save a design

Open My spaces to find your saved designs. Open a result to compare it with the original. Drag the divider or tap the photo to move it. Use View result to see the new design on its own. You can save, share, or continue editing a result.

Restore a purchase or cancel a subscription

To restore purchases, open Settings in Repose and tap Restore purchases. To cancel a subscription, open your Apple Account settings, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Delete your account

In Repose, open Settings › Account › Delete online account. This signs the device out and removes your free starter designs and temporary online data. Repose keeps your Apple purchase records and any paid or complimentary designs, so a purchase can still be restored and refunds can be matched. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription.

A purchase or design is missing

If a purchase or design does not appear, reopen Repose with an internet connection. If the problem continues, contact us with the app version and the message shown on screen. Do not send payment details or private room photos unless they are needed to explain the problem.

Dark appearance

Repose has light and dark interfaces. In Repose Settings, choose an appearance or follow your device setting. The dark interface applies to the app's controls and screens; your photos and generated designs keep their original colours.

Larger Text

Repose follows the text size you set in your device's Accessibility settings. At the largest sizes, controls stack or scroll instead of shrinking the text, from onboarding to purchases.

Reduce Motion

Repose follows your device's Reduce Motion setting for its transitions, comparison effects and progress shimmer. In Settings, open Accessibility, then Motion, and turn on Reduce Motion.

Report an accessibility problem

If a control is difficult to use, text is difficult to read, or an assistive feature does not work as expected, tell us the screen and the action you were trying to complete. Include your device model, iOS version and any accessibility settings you use.

The privacy policy covers photos, AI processing, analytics and deletion. The terms of use cover subscriptions and the service.
